Special District Local Laws Code § 1063.115","heading":"CONTRACTS FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES.","body":"(a) As permitted by the Texas Constitution and Chapter 61, Health and Safety Code, the district may:\n(1) enter into a contract relating to the provision of health care services on terms the board determines to be in the district's best interests; and\n(2) make payments under the contract.\n(b) The term of a contract under this section may not exceed 15 years.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
