Special District Local Laws Code § 1063.210","heading":"CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION.","body":"(a) The district may issue and sell certificates of obligation for a purpose permitted under this chapter.\n(b) The certificates of obligation must be issued and sold in conformity with and in the manner specified for a municipality or county by Subchapter C, Chapter 271, Local Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
