Special District Local Laws Code § 1064.061","heading":"SENIORITY; RETIREMENT BENEFITS.","body":"The board may:\n(1) adopt rules related to the seniority of district employees, including rules for a retirement plan based on seniority; and\n(2) give effect to previous years of service for a district employee continuously employed in the operation or management of hospital facilities:\n(A) constructed by the district; or\n(B) acquired by the district, including facilities acquired when the district was created.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
