Special District Local Laws Code § 1065.207","heading":"CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED.","body":"If the board issues revenue bonds, the board shall charge and collect rates for services rendered by the hospital system that are sufficient to:\n(1) pay the maintenance and operating expenses described by Section 1065.206;\n(2) pay the principal of and interest on the bonds as each becomes due; and\n(3) create and maintain a bond reserve fund and other funds as provided in the bond resolution or trust indenture.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
