Special District Local Laws Code § 1067.051","heading":"BOARD ELECTION; TERM.","body":"(a) The district consists of seven elected directors.\n(b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.\n(c) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.\n(d) The election order must state the time, place, and purpose of the election.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
