Special District Local Laws Code § 1069.115","heading":"CONTRACTS WITH POLITICAL SUBDIVISION FOR SERVICES.","body":"The board may contract with a political subdivision of this state or with a state or federal agency for the district to:\n(1) furnish a mobile emergency medical service;\n(2) provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district inhabitants; or\n(3) provide a rural health clinic to care for the inhabitants of the contracting political subdivision.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
