Special District Local Laws Code § 1069.257","heading":"OTHER OBLIGATIONS.","body":"Notwithstanding Sections 1069.251 through 1069.256, the board may issue and sell bonds, notes, or other obligations that are payable from the district's sales and use tax revenues to:\n(1) acquire land for the hospital system; or\n(2) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings, improvements, or equipment related to the hospital system.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
