Special District Local Laws Code § 1069.301","heading":"IMPOSITION OF AD VALOREM TAX.","body":"(a) The board shall impose a tax on all taxable property in the district subject to district taxation.\n(b) The board shall impose the tax to pay:\n(1) indebtedness issued or assumed by the district; and\n(2) the maintenance and operating expenses of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
