Special District Local Laws Code § 1070.064","heading":"DAY-CARE SERVICES.","body":"(a) The board may take any action to provide day-care services for the district's medical staff members, allied health professionals, officers, directors, and employees, including:\n(1) spending district money;\n(2) entering into agreements; and\n(3) acquiring by lease, purchase, or lease to purchase facilities, supplies, and equipment.\n(b) The district may provide day-care services to district residents as space permits.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
