Special District Local Laws Code § 1072.064","heading":"APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF MEDICAL STAFF.","body":"The board may:\n(1) appoint to the medical staff any doctor the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district;\n(2) remove any doctor from the medical staff, after due process, if the board considers the doctor's removal necessary for the efficient operation of the district; and\n(3) make temporary appointments to the medical staff as the board considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 876 (S.B. 2517), Sec. 3.01, eff.
