Special District Local Laws Code § 1074.151","heading":"BUDGET.","body":"(a) The district administrator shall prepare an annual budget for approval by the board.\n(b) The proposed budget must contain a complete financial statement of:\n(1) the outstanding obligations of the district;\n(2) the cash on hand to the credit of each district fund;\n(3) the money received by the district from all sources during the previous year;\n(4) the money available to the district from all sources during the ensuing year;\n(5) the balances expected at the end of the year in which the budget is being prepared;\n(6) the estimated revenues and balances available to cover the proposed budget; and\n(7) the estimated tax rate required.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
