Special District Local Laws Code § 1076.054","heading":"BOND.","body":"(a) Each trustee shall execute a good and sufficient commercial bond for $1,000 that is:\n(1) payable to the district; and\n(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the trustee's duties.\n(b) The district may pay for a trustee's bond with district money.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
