Special District Local Laws Code § 1076.155","heading":"FINANCIAL REPORT.","body":"(a) As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare a report that includes:\n(1) a complete sworn statement of all district money;\n(2) a complete account of the disbursements of that money during the previous fiscal year; and\n(3) the details of district operation during the previous fiscal year.\n(b) The district administrator shall make the report to the board.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
