Special District Local Laws Code § 1078.113","heading":"OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS.","body":"The district, through its board, may:\n(1) enter into an operating or management contract with any person relating to all or any part of its hospital facility;\n(2) delegate to the person the power to manage and operate all or part of the hospital facilities or hospital system; and\n(3) employ and discharge employees or appoint and remove doctors from the staff.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
