Special District Local Laws Code § 1078.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"If authorized by an election, the board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to:\n(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements;\n(2) equip buildings or improvements for hospital purposes; or\n(3) acquire and operate a mobile emergency medical service.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
