Special District Local Laws Code § 1080.155","heading":"DEPOSITORY.","body":"(a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank in Gonzales or Wilson County as the district's depository. The designated bank serves for two years and until a successor is designated.\n(b) All district money shall be deposited in the depository and secured in the manner provided for securing county funds.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
