Special District Local Laws Code § 1085.051","heading":"BOARD ELECTION; TERM.","body":"(a) The board consists of seven directors elected as follows:\n(1) one director elected from each commissioners precinct of Parker County; and\n(2) three directors elected from the district at large.\n(b) The board shall declare the results of the election.\n(c) Directors serve staggered two-year terms unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
