Special District Local Laws Code § 1093.051","heading":"BOARD APPOINTMENT; TERM.","body":"(a) The board consists of seven directors appointed as follows:\n(1) three directors appointed by the governing body of the City of San Augustine;\n(2) three directors appointed by the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County; and\n(3) one director jointly appointed by the City of San Augustine and the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County.\n(b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
