Special District Local Laws Code § 1096.155","heading":"DEPOSITORY.","body":"(a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank in the county in which the district is located as the district's depository. A designated bank serves for two years and until a successor is designated.\n(b) All district money shall be deposited in the depository and secured in the manner provided for securing county funds.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
