Special District Local Laws Code § 1098.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds authorized by an election in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to:\n(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements;\n(2) equip buildings or improvements for hospital purposes; or\n(3) acquire and operate a mobile emergency medical or air ambulance service.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
