Special District Local Laws Code § 11005.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the district.\n(2) \"City\" means the city of Muenster.\n(3) \"City council\" means the city council of the city.\n(4) \"Director\" means a member of the board appointed by the city council.\n(5) \"District\" means the Muenster Water District.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.07, eff.
