Special District Local Laws Code § 11006.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Authority\" means the South Texas Water Authority.\n(2) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the authority.\n(3) \"Cities\" means the cities of Agua Dulce, Bishop, Driscoll, and Kingsville.\n(4) \"Director\" means a member of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.07, eff.
