Special District Local Laws Code § 11010.051","heading":"DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) The authority is governed by a board of directors consisting of at least 7 and not more than 17 members.\n(b) The board is responsible for the management, operation, and control of the authority.\n(c) The board by rule shall:\n(1) establish the number of directors of the authority; and\n(2) apportion the directors for each sponsor based on the amount of water contracted to be supplied to the sponsor under the terms of the authority's water supply contract with the sponsor, subject to Section 11010.053(a).\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 806 (S.B. 1198), Sec. 2, eff.
