Special District Local Laws Code § 1102.051","heading":"BOARD ELECTION; TERM.","body":"(a) The board consists of seven directors elected at large by place.\n(b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code:\n(1) directors serve two-year terms; and\n(2) an election shall be held annually on the May uniform election date prescribed under Section 41.001, Election Code, or another date authorized by law.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
