Special District Local Laws Code § 1102.056","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president and secretary.\n(b) The board may elect or appoint other officers as the board determines necessary.\n(c) The board shall prescribe the powers and duties of an officer position created under Subsection (b) in addition to the positions of president and secretary.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
