Special District Local Laws Code § 1102.155","heading":"DEPOSITORY OR TREASURER.","body":"(a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank or banks in Brazoria County as the district's depository or treasurer. A designated bank serves for two years and until a successor is designated.\n(b) All district money shall be secured in the manner provided for securing county funds.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
