Special District Local Laws Code § 1103.109","heading":"CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT.","body":"(a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside Swisher County for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.\n(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the treatment of a sick or injured person for whom this state or the federal government is responsible.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
