Special District Local Laws Code § 1105.206","heading":"BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION.","body":"The following are exempt from taxation by this state or a political subdivision of this state:\n(1) any bonds issued by the district;\n(2) the transfer of the bonds; and\n(3) bond revenue, including any profits made in the sale of the bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
