Special District Local Laws Code § 1107.065","heading":"ASSISTANT TO DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) The board may designate an assistant to the district administrator to discharge a duty or function of the administrator in the event of the administrator's incapacity, absence, or inability to discharge the duty or function.\n(b) The assistant shall post bond and is subject to the limitations prescribed by board order.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
