Special District Local Laws Code § 1108.103","heading":"HOSPITAL SYSTEM; MOBILE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.","body":"(a) The district shall provide for:\n(1) the establishment of a hospital system and the provision of emergency medical services by:\n(A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and equipment; and\n(B) equipping the buildings; and\n(2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes.\n(b) The hospital system may include any facilities and equipment the board considers necessary for hospital care.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
