Special District Local Laws Code § 1108.114","heading":"REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES.","body":"(a) The board shall require a county or municipality located outside the district to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.\n(b) The board shall require the sheriff of Trinity County to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a prisoner imprisoned in Trinity County who is not a district resident.\n(c) The district may contract with this state or a federal agency for the reimbursement for the treatment of a sick or injured person.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
