Special District Local Laws Code § 1108.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district for any purpose relating to:\n(1) the purchase, construction, acquisition, repair, or renovation of buildings or improvements;\n(2) equipping buildings or improvements for hospital purposes; and\n(3) the acquisition and operation of mobile emergency medical services to assist the district in carrying out its hospital purposes.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
