Special District Local Laws Code § 1109.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The commissioners court may issue and sell general obligation bonds of the district for any purpose relating to:\n(1) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and improvements;\n(2) equipping buildings and improvements;\n(3) acquiring or operating a mobile emergency medical service; and\n(4) hospital purposes.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
