Special District Local Laws Code § 1111.058","heading":"RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS.","body":"(a) The board shall require the board secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.\n(b) After each meeting:\n(1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and\n(2) the board secretary shall attest the record.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
