Special District Local Laws Code § 1111.111","heading":"CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR HOSPITALIZATION.","body":"(a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.\n(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
