Special District Local Laws Code § 1114.057","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer.\n(b) The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held by one person.\n(c) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term.\n(d) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
