Special District Local Laws Code § 1114.113","heading":"HEALTH CARE SERVICES ELIGIBILITY.","body":"(a) The district shall provide health care assistance as required by this chapter to each eligible resident of the district.\n(b) A person is eligible for health care assistance from the district if the person:\n(1) resides within the district; and\n(2) meets the basic income and resources eligibility requirements established by the district.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
