Special District Local Laws Code § 1114.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district for:\n(1) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and improvements;\n(2) equipping buildings and improvements for hospital purposes;\n(3) acquiring and operating a mobile emergency medical service; and\n(4) providing medical services.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
