Special District Local Laws Code § 1115.104","heading":"HOSPITAL SYSTEM.","body":"(a) The district shall provide for:\n(1) the establishment of a hospital system by:\n(A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, and renovating buildings and equipment; and\n(B) equipping the buildings; and\n(2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes.\n(b) The hospital system may include any facilities the board considers necessary for hospital care.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
