Special District Local Laws Code § 1116.201","heading":"BONDS.","body":"(a) The district may issue bonds to:\n(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings and improvements; and\n(2) equip buildings for hospital purposes.\n(b) The total face value of the bonds may not exceed the amount specified in the election order.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
