Special District Local Laws Code § 1116.301","heading":"PETITION TO EXPAND DISTRICT TERRITORY.","body":"(a) Registered voters of a defined territory composed of all territory within the boundaries of the Mineola Independent School District may file a petition with the board secretary requesting inclusion of the territory in the district.\n(b) The petition must be signed by the lesser of 50 registered voters of the territory or a majority of those voters.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
