Special District Local Laws Code § 1117.303","heading":"TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR.","body":"The tax assessor-collector of:\n(1) DeWitt County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in DeWitt County;\n(2) Lavaca County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Lavaca County; and\n(3) Gonzales County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Gonzales County.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
