Special District Local Laws Code § 1118.061","heading":"RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF MEDICAL STAFF AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL.","body":"The board may, consistent with applicable federal and state laws, recruit and retain physicians, nurses, technicians, and other professional personnel through:\n(1) scholarship programs;\n(2) agreements for future services;\n(3) shared personnel;\n(4) bonuses; and\n(5) any other method the board determines necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
