Special District Local Laws Code § 1118.105","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules for the efficient operation of the district, including district facilities.\n(b) The board shall:\n(1) publish the rules in book form; and\n(2) provide copies to interested persons on request at district expense.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
