Special District Local Laws Code § 1118.154","heading":"ANNUAL AUDIT.","body":"(a) The board annually shall require an independent audit of the district's books and records.\n(b) On or before March 1 of each year, the board shall:\n(1) file a copy of the audit with the district; and\n(2) provide a copy of the audit at each public library located in the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
