Special District Local Laws Code § 21.201","heading":"ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND ACCOMPLISHMENT OF CHAPTER.","body":"(a) The district shall:\n(1) administer and enforce this chapter; and\n(2) use district facilities and powers to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.\n(b) The district may advise, consult, contract, and cooperate with the federal government, the state, a local government, or a private entity to carry out any purpose or power under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.01, eff.
