Special District Local Laws Code § 21.212","heading":"ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.","body":"A governmental entity having jurisdiction over a right-of-way along and across a public state or county road or highway may:\n(1) designate the placement of district facilities located on the right-of-way; and\n(2) require the relocation of district facilities to accommodate widening or changing traffic lanes.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.01, eff.
