Special District Local Laws Code § 21.307","heading":"WASTE DISPOSAL CONTRACTS.","body":"(a) The district may contract to receive and to treat or dispose of waste from a person in the district.\n(b) The district shall set fees in the contract after considering:\n(1) the quality of the waste;\n(2) the quantity of the waste;\n(3) the difficulty encountered in treating or disposing of the waste;\n(4) operation and maintenance expenses and debt retirement services; and\n(5) any other reasonable consideration.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.01, eff.
