Special District Local Laws Code § 21.356","heading":"PAYMENT OF EXPENSES.","body":"(a) The board may pay:\n(1) costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the district's operation;\n(2) legal fees; and\n(3) other incidental expenses.\n(b) The board may reimburse a person for money advanced for a payment described by Subsection (a).\n(c) A payment may be made from the proceeds of district bonds, taxes, or fees or from other district revenue.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.01, eff.
