Special District Local Laws Code § 3001.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Assessment\" includes a reassessment or supplemental assessment.\n(2) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the district.\n(3) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(4) \"District\" means the Southeast Texas Agricultural Development District.\n(5) \"Obligation\" means an obligation issued by the district under this chapter, including a bond, certificate, note, or other evidence of indebtedness.\n(6) \"Project\" means an agricultural project designated under Section 3001.110.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
